Characters
 A former devil forger who worked for Dracula alongside Isaac. Three years ago he betrayed Dracula when he learned of how he was slaughtering humans without reason. Hector then renounced his powers so that he could attempt to lead a normal life. This lasted until his beloved Rosaly was executed as a witch by Isaac's manipulations. Now he has returned and taken up his forging again to exact his revenge on Isaac. |
 Another devil forgemaster who served under Dracula along with Hector. Now convinced that Dracula's defeat was due to Hector's betrayal, Isaac has lured Hector back and forced him to take up the art of devil forging once again. |
 A witch who has escaped the witch hunts; she now is aiding Hector. She sells items and potions to Hector from her shop and takes care of the Innocent Devils not being used by him. Even though he is her brother, Julia desperately wants for Isaac to be defeated so the curse will be lifted from him. |
 A descendent of the Belmont clan who bears the famous whip, Vampire Killer. He was the one who defeated Dracula three years ago, but has returned after hearing rumors about a devil forgemaster causing trouble once again. |
 A strangely polite man who appears to be able to travel through time and doesn't want to interfer with anything going on. Even though his motives are unknown, he wishes for Hector to stop chasing after Isaac. |
 A monk who supplies Hector with helpful information about Isaac, apparently hoping for him to help with his own quest to abolish Dracula'a Curse from the land. But after an angry confrontation with Saint Germain, it seems Zead has his own veil of mysteries lingering about him. |
 The vampire lord who was killed by Trevor Belmont three years ago and betrayed by one of his top men, Hector. Before he died, he left behind a terrible curse as well as his loyal (and quite insane <3) devil forgemaster, Isaac. |
